Samsung stopped the shipment of all its products to Russia, many restrictions imposed on Russia after the attack on Ukraine

New Delhi, Tech Desk. South Korean tech giant Samsung has stopped shipments of all its products to Russia. A statement from a Samsung representative via Samsung’s generic PR email address said shipments to Russia have been suspended due to current geopolitical developments.

The company said that our thoughts are with all those affected and our priority is to ensure the safety of all our employees and their families. We plan to actively support humanitarian efforts throughout the region, including aid for refugees. To this end, we’re donating $1 million in consumer electronics products as well as $6 million, including voluntary donations from our employees.

A source revealed that Samsung’s suspension will not only cover smartphones, but also products ranging from chips to smartphones and consumer electronics. This would cut Russia off from a huge range of products from one of the world’s largest electronics vendors. Along with this step, the company will also make humanitarian efforts.
