After this, you have to select the option of Individual from the given options – Individual, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) or Others. Now you have to click on the tab of Continue. After this you have to go to the Proceed tab by selecting the ITR-1 or ITR-4 option. Now in the next step you will be asked the reason for filing your return above the basic exemption limit or on account of the seventh provision under section 139(1). You have to ensure that, you have selected the correct option while filing your ITR online.

After that you have to enter your bank details. Now a new page will open in front of you to file ITR. After this, you have to verify your ITR and send a hard copy of it to the Income Tax Department.
